Soundtracks

For our sound in our thriller opening we needed to find some music which not only fits the theme/mood of the film but also is royalty-free (non-copyright).

Originally James found a website called bensound.com which we found some music to use on our previous idea. However after changing our idea for our Thriller opening we changed the mood/theme to be a lot more darker. Doing so we had to find some new music.

After searching through different websites we found one owned by a music artist called Ben Prunty. His work is all copyrighted however I contacted him asking if we could use his music in our project. He replied with a link to he FaQ page where he states we can use his music for our school projects as its not for commercial use, and if it did end up becoming commercial we would have to remove the music or sort out a license. This was brilliant as we really liked his song "The Faceless" which we used as the music in our thriller opening.
